Let’s Crash!!

Today is September 3rd, 2026. Lunch was salisbury steak with gravy, potatoes, bread, and cake.

In America we have a term we use for when someone is spazzing out or losing their s**t. This newly created term is now defined as “crashing out.” We’ve embraced this term and use it to describe the emotion felt right before you lash out — that final warning you give people. When a person is prone to this behavior we call them a “crashout,” but it’s not a good thing to be called.

This is not a title you want to earn. Crashouts are described as being overly emotional. Someone prone to having a temper tantrum. Sometimes this person is violent and actually hurts people, or even themselves. Most times crashouts are just shouting matches. We’ve all crashed out one time or another. But the ones who’ve earned that title always crash out. Jails are full of these types of individuals. The smallest things set them right the f**k off. At times it’s entertaining, other times it’s annoying, depending on the situation.

Of course it’s usually reasons behind patterns of behavior that cause this — from mental health issues to low self-esteem. We could name a million reasons, but this isn’t psychology class. The purpose of me educating you on this term is because when you’re in the free world, you could avoid these types. In here, this type of person might become your cellmate. Remember this next time someone pisses you off.

Don’t crash out and become a crashout.

Move Smart and Stay Free!!!
